Cancún is a popular choice for All-on-4 and other full-arch treatments among people who want to fly in, recover somewhere comfortable and combine treatment with a vacation. Expect prices toward the top of Mexico’s range, often $12,000 to $15,000 or more per arch, with All-on-6 packages advertised from about $14,500. That compares with $25,000 to $40,000 per arch in the US.
Why choose Cancún for full-arch work
- Nonstop flights from many US and Canadian cities.
- Clinics set up for international patients, often with airport transfers and hotel partnerships.
- A comfortable place to spend a week recovering from a major procedure.
What to plan for
- Trip 1 (about 5–7 days): scans, extractions, implants and a fixed temporary bridge.
- Healing (3–6 months) at home with a soft diet at first.
- Trip 2 (about 5–7 days): final bridge.
- Travel costs: two round-trip flights and roughly two weeks of hotels in total.
Recovering in Cancún
Plan to rest for the first few days: swelling peaks around day two or three. Stay near your clinic, keep to soft foods, and save snorkeling, cenotes and boat trips until your dentist says it’s safe. Downtown hotels near clinics are cheaper; the Hotel Zone is better for the relaxing days afterward.
Compare before you commit
Full-arch quotes vary widely. Compare the number of implants, the implant brand, the final bridge material (zirconia or acrylic), what’s included and the warranty. It’s worth getting a quote from a Tijuana or border-town clinic too, where prices are often lower. Our trip planner includes a comparison worksheet.
