Los Algodones, just across the border from the Yuma area, is the best-known place in Mexico for dentures. Many clinics have their own labs, so a full denture can often be made in a few days, and prices are among the lowest anywhere: about $250 to $600 per arch for a conventional acrylic denture, compared with $1,360 to $3,565 in the US.
Denture prices in Los Algodones
| Type | Typical Los Algodones price |
|---|---|
| Conventional full denture (acrylic) | $250–$600 per arch |
| Partial denture | $350–$700 |
| Implant-supported (snap-in) denture | $1,500–$4,000+ per arch |
Cheaper dentures use basic acrylic teeth. Ask about upgraded teeth and how many fittings are included.
How long to stay
- Gums already healed: about 3 to 7 days for impressions, a try-in and delivery with adjustments.
- Extractions needed: an immediate denture on day one, then usually a reline or new denture a few months later once your gums settle.
Most visitors stay in Yuma and walk across each morning. Winter is busiest, so book hotels early between November and March.
Tips for a good result
- Allow time for at least one adjustment visit after your dentures are delivered.
- Ask whether the clinic’s lab is on site and who makes the dentures.
- Ask whether a future reline is included or what it costs.
- Read recent reviews for comments about fit, not just price.
